This is seriously the best drink ever…ginger beer refreshes the liver, trust me.  Ok so not so much the liver, but it definitely refreshes the soul after a long hard week of work.  It doesn’t even taste like alcohol. Next time I plan to throw in a splash of something or other…apple cider? whiskey?  both?
